Get your forks ready the balls are coming to Las Olas starting June 20th! The meatball place Fork & Balls is the latest concept by The Restaurant People โ the group that also owns Fort Lauderdale hot spots YOLO, Vibe Las Olas and S3.
The corner restaurant will open at 1301 E. Las Olas Blvd. and feature a menu that lets customers choose how they want their meatballs served: as a sandwich (“Balls Between”); on top of vegetables, salads and pastas (“Balls On Top”); or without anything else (“Just Balls”).
“While the concept and menu is clearly meatball driven, we’re also shaking it up a bit,” said Peter Boulukos, executive chef and co-founder of The Restaurant People. “We’ll be keeping it fresh daily with a variety of seasonal salads and different blends of meatballs, as well as other comfort food selections and seasonal offerings.”
Fork & Balls also will serve more than 20 wines on tap, craft beers and cocktails.
