The American Fine Wine Competition & Gala, presented by Patriot National Insurance Group, began with a Signature “Sparkling Reception”, featuring award-winning sparkling and white wines, a silent auction boasting hundreds of wines from across the country signed by winemakers, and exciting entertainment. More than 600 wines served tableside to guests while they enjoyed a mouthwatering four-course gourmet dinner prepared by renowned chefs Norman Van Aken, Angelo Elia, Dean Max and Christina Machamer. Hilary Kole set the tone and ambience of this magnificent evening with live entertainment. Proceeds from the night benefited the Diabetes Research Institute at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and the 4Pets Charities.
