Nov. 7th marked a milestone achievement in the $56 million dollar renovation of the Broward Center for Performing Arts. Local dignitaries and community leaders were on hand for the “topping out” ceremony of the new Huizenga Pavillion.

The magnificent Huizenga Pavilion will feature soaring floor-to-ceiling windows. Its New River Bistro on the first floor will offer casual fare; the Porter Riverview Ballroom, located on the second floor, will boast 3,500 square feet of elegant event space, perfect for receptions, corporate events, conferences, pre- and post-show activities, and other special occasions. The building is conveniently located adjacent to the theaters facing the AutoNation Box Office, and is easily accessible through the redesigned Peck Courtyard or across Von Allmen Plaza, an updated arrival court.
