Johnson and Wales held their Distinguished Visiting Chef Series this past Friday at the North Miami Campus. This year’s distinguished chef was alumna Juliana Gonzalez of Barceloneta Mercat, Nobu. Attendees were treated to 4 course meal with wine pairings and proceeds from the event went to JWU culinary scholarship fund.
