Mardi Gras at Hugh's Catering

On Wednesday Jan 30 Hugh’s Catering got their Cajun on. Guests got to partake in making frog legs, etouffee, crab cakes, catfish and other Cajun delicacies. Every month Hugh’s will put on a classes for those who are interested.
